Please read these Terms carefully before using HeyEdge.ai. They govern your access to and use of our platform, subscription, and all associated services.

You are using HeyEdge.ai, an AI-powered business partner service. By accessing or using Edge, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for how you use the service. We are not liable for business decisions made based on Edge's outputs. This is a subscription service — free for 7 days, then USD 29 per month. Cancel anytime.
By creating an account or using HeyEdge.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HeyEdge.ai, operated by Edge AI, Lda., a company registered in Lisbon, Portugal.
HeyEdge.ai provides an AI-powered business partner ("Edge") designed to assist solopreneurs with task execution, planning, accountability check-ins, and on-demand work output. The Service includes: • Daily morning and evening check-in interactions • Persistent memory of your business goals, history, and patterns • On-demand execution of tasks including research, drafting, planning, and strategy • Overnight autonomous work processing The Service operates via web interface and connected messaging channels. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using HeyEdge.ai, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Service is intended for business use by solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, and independent professionals.
To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your password secure and confidential • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that violate these Terms.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all Service features. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
After the trial period, your subscription automatically renews at USD 29 per month unless you cancel before the trial ends. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at agentswhobuild@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge.
We may change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You are solely responsible for: • All content, instructions, and inputs you provide to Edge • Any business decisions made based on Edge's outputs or recommendations • Verifying the accuracy of any information Edge produces before acting on it • Ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations • The confidentiality of any sensitive business information you share with Edge
You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights • Transmit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, abusive, or fraudulent content • Attempt to circumvent, hack, or exploit any security feature of the Service • Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties • Use the Service to generate spam, unsolicited communications, or misleading content • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
HeyEdge.ai offers unlimited usage for normal solopreneur business activity. This includes daily check-ins, on-demand task execution, research, drafting, planning, and strategy work consistent with individual business use. The following uses fall outside the scope of normal business use and are not permitted under your subscription: • Automated or programmatic use of the Service at scale, including bots, scripts, or automated pipelines that generate high volumes of requests without direct human interaction • Commercial-scale use intended to serve multiple end clients, businesses, or users from a single subscription • Reselling, redistributing, or white-labeling the Service or its outputs as part of a commercial product or agency service • Using the Service to train, fine-tune, or build competing AI models or products • Any usage pattern that places a disproportionate burden on shared infrastructure relative to typical individual business use We do not impose hard token or conversation limits on individual business use. If your usage falls outside these guidelines, we will contact you directly at the email address on your account before taking any action. Our goal is to work with you to find a solution, which may include a custom plan appropriate for your usage level. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that are found to be in violation of this Fair Use Policy after reasonable notice has been provided.
Edge uses large language model technology to generate responses and execute tasks. AI output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. All outputs should be reviewed and verified before use.
Nothing Edge produces constitutes legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions in these areas.
We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in any particular business outcome, revenue increase, productivity gain, or other result.
HeyEdge.ai, the Edge name, logo, interface design, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of all content and data you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
Subject to these Terms, content generated by Edge in response to your specific instructions is yours to use. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.
We treat the business information you share with Edge as confidential. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy at heyedge.ai/privacy-policy.
We aim to provide a reliable, high-availability service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HEYEDGE.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HeyEdge.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may cancel your account and terminate these Terms at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at agentswhobuild@gmail.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we determine in our sole discretion that such action is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the applicable regulations of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to submit a complaint through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HeyEdge.ai with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
